Join us for a 1 hour yoga flow with Coach Emily Tala!
The event will be held Monday, May 17, from 4-5PM PST. We will do a quick round of introductions, then Emily will walk the class through 40 minutes of yoga and stretching.
The event will be held online, so be sure you've secured enough space for you, your mat, and a computer to set up the class.
This class is available to all levels (those who have never done yoga, to the professional yogi).
