Ingredients (multiply the recipe for more servings):
- One serving linguine or pasta of choice
- 4-6 medium/large shrimp, or 1 zucchini (veg. option)
- Butter (or vegan butter)
- Olive oil
- Chicken (or veggie) stock
- White wine for cooking (and drinking if you’re into that)
- Fresh or dried chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper
- Crushed red pepper (optional)
