HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training. We’ll be doing a series of exercises with short breaks between. These exercises will primarily target your cardio, as well as several major muscle groups. No equipment is required (all body-weight exercises), and the class runs ~30 mins. Be prepared to sweat A LOT; the goal is to push yourself as hard as you can for this short workout. I promise, you’ll feel amazing afterwards!
