Join us for a 1 hour yoga flow with Coach Emily Tala.
The event will be held Tuesday, January 11 from 5:30-6:30pm ET/2:30-3:30pm PT. We will do a quick round of introductions, then Emily will walk the class through 40 minutes of yoga and stretching.
The event is online, so be sure you've secured enough space for you, your mat, and a computer to set up the class.
This class is available to all levels (those who have never done yoga, to the professional yogi).

You will need:
Emily is a Certified Personal Trainer, a 500 hour Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Instructor and has a specialist in Nutrition and Corrective Exercise. Emily was a classically trained Ballerina growing up and has always had a passion for sports and movement.
