Do you like sweets? Do you like to bake? Join us for our Pride cookie making class. We are creating a safe space for folks to join us and bake pride themed cookies. It is open to all and it is kid friendly. Come and have a fun time while also feel free to share your favorite pride stories.

Ingredients needed for the cookie making: 

Plastic wrap

Parchment paper 

Baking tray 

2 large egg

2/3 cup plus 2 tablespoon granulated sugar (5-1/2 ounces)

2 teaspoons lemon zest, from 1 lemon, freshly grated

2-1/2 sticks (10 ounces) unsalted butter, softened

1/2 teaspoon table salt

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

3 cups unbleached all-purpose flour (15 ounces)

1 teaspoon large egg white , lightly beaten

food coloring: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple

Additionally: If you have heart shaped cookie cutters, that would be an added bonus to make these cookies even more prideful!
